My career as a licensed Texas real estate Broker spans over 52 years and includes all facets of real estate from listing and sales of residential and commercial properties to doing fee appraisals, loan originations, and appearing in court as an expert witness. From 1991 to 2004 I specialized in selling apartment complexes and participated in closing of over $400 million of apartment complexes in 16 different markets of Texas. My wife of 58 years, Sonja, and I moved to Concan in 2004. By 2006 we had started Frio River Resorts, LLC, a property management company dealing with short term vacation rentals. In 2023 I started Frio First Realty to assist in the sales of the expanding residential real estate investment market and also provide services to buyers and sellers of commercial properties, land, and residential lots.
In addition to real estate sales, I provide other services which include property tax protests and consulting services for owners who are having problems with the performance of their investment properties.
